To get worked up

Only for things under

One’s control – is lauded

And preached by all

To differentiate what is

From what’s not is

Something to be pondered

It isn’t for all

But the key to

Get through this indifferent

Existence is to think

And hope nothing is

Under one’s control for

Holding the contrary thought

Is a sure recipe

For suffering throughout lifetime
