All the unknowns are labelled X

All the knowns at one point become X 

Finding X a challenge in school

Un-finding X a challenge in life

X carries a negative connotation, but

Beneath it lies the truth

It signifies all that’s screwed up, but

Also signifies all that’s to discover yet

It’s an unwelcome surprise on one’s path of life, but

It’s also the symbol of unforgettable stories of life

Mostly, it cannot signify anything on its own, but

For the darkest trait of humanity

X is a mixed bag,

Just as everything else is
