Citadels surveil & protect

One builds inner citadel

And surveils oneself

To stay grounded 

And protects oneself

From becoming stupid

But constant surveilling

Causes ceaseless tremors 

And continuous protection

Makes one ignoramus

The very causes 

Leading to inner citadels

Get defeated by the citadels

Citadels or not, this

Indifferent life’s Sisyphean venture.
